Standard shipping rates and estimated transit times

Transit estimates begin after dispatch and are additional to the preparation time above. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

We deliver to the countries available in checkout. If your country is not listed or no rate appears, please contact us before ordering. The available rate and any applicable taxes are shown before payment. Express shipping is not currently offered.

Tracking and delays

Tracking details are sent when your order ships. Carrier processing, customs checks, peak periods and local delivery conditions can extend the estimates. If you have not received a dispatch update after approximately 10 days, contact support@norvaux.store with your order number.

Customs and import charges

International orders may incur import duties, taxes or customs charges. Unless expressly included at checkout, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are payable by the recipient.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check your address carefully at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible to request an address change; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, we will contact you about the available next steps and any redelivery cost.

If your order appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and, where relevant, photos of the item and packaging. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange the appropriate resolution. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
