Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where an item is unavailable, where there is an error in the price or description, or where we suspect fraud. If we do, we will refund any payment in full.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any import duties or taxes that may be levied by the destination country. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already confirmed. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider.

Products

We aim to display product details accurately. Colours and finishes may appear differently on different screens. Check the product description for included items, compatible scale, dimensions and power requirements before ordering. Display cars and props are included only where the product description says so.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, photography, graphics and the NORVAUX MOTORS name and marks, belongs to NORVAUX MOTORS or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NORVAUX MOTORS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NORVAUX MOTORS operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Nothing here limits any consumer rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.

We may update these terms; the version published on the Site at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
